You can be part of this international project with a multicultural environment in the city of Porto (Gaia).

Your mission:

​

• As Functional Administrator, you are the point of contact for questions regarding M365;

• Advising and supporting users regarding Microsoft 365;

• Setting up, linking and maintaining applications and integrating this with Azure;

• Setting up SharePoint and intranet environments;

• Extending and creating Teams environments and developing apps (using Power Apps);

• Performing updates;

• Setting up, linking and maintaining applications

Your tricks:
 

• You have deep knowledge of M365 and the best working methods in the M365 stack, preferably also within power automate;

• You are passionate about and conceptually capable to acquire new knowledge on Microsoft developments;

• You are organizationally sensitive to make the right fit between organization and technology;

• You recognize opportunities that benefit the organization and consider it a challenge to turn these into tangible results;

• You can detach yourself from details to oversee the bigger picture and the overall process;

• You are eager to get to the (root) causes of problems, not only technical but also regarding the working processes and come up with solutions for both short term as well as the longer term;

• You master the English language in word and writing;

• You act on higher educational or master level.
